We have 3 units L1220 (2Ah, 2015, 20R), L1215 (1,5Ah no date), L1215 (1,5Ah 2018).

Pinout:

OVER:CL1+, CL2+, T2
UNDER: B+, T1, B-

L1220 (2015) does not have a BMS but a monitor PCB. +/- directly connected but a Fusible Link on the bottom.

T1 = 140 kΩ and T2 = 140kΩ on a dead batteri. On a good battery T1 = 12kΩ and T2 = 10kΩ. The Thermistor is ca 10kΩ on the pcb. PCB also has  5 THP: RST, CVV, GND, GP0, GP1.

 

L1215 (2018). No PCB at all, only 4 components: 1 = 0 Ohm ? (Diod?), a 9,7 kΩ resistor, 9,35Nf capacitor and a 9kΩ thermistor.

Also has a fusable link but on the top under the connector.

14,4V

Stock: L1430R (3ah, dissasembled), L1415R (PRO, 1,5Ah A2013).

L1415R seems to be working, lightblue cells so probablly Samsung 15M. Pinout +, T1, T2, -. Both versions have 2 mosfets, large capacityor, but ony L1415R has indicator. Will put them away for now.

18V

Stock: 4pcs L1820R (2017-2019 2Ah), 1pcs 3Ah (Missing label), 3pcs L1840R (2016-2021), 2pcs LR1850R (2016-2021).

L1820R

All have real BMS with 2 Mosfets. Cells looks like Samsung 20R. Pinout +, T1, T2, -.

T1 = 30 kΩ , T2 = 8kΩ. All have TTI BMS 280109. Waterdamage in most of them, some more extreme:

WD= Water Damage

D2018 = 6V, WD, 1 blinking light.
E2018 = 0V, extreme WD, no lights.
L2017 = 17V, WD, 1 blinking light. All cells 3,5V, once cleaned and dried it showed 1 bar.
M2019 = 18V, WD, 2 steady bars. All cells 3,6V, Foam around mosfets? Factory or dirt?:

3Ah (Missing label)

Unknown, maby naked 21700 cells (Sanyo?). Nickel and spotwelds looks like Darfon. Label 280373 004 rev nov 2017. 2 extra pins, processor missing, and replaced with QR code: CK1830A200417X0774. Also missing LS1 component, light sensor? Or a large capacitor? Looks like a prototype in my eyes. Battery 3.1V, indicator no bars.

L1840R

Stock. 3pcs: All have Samsung 20R, TTI 280109 BMS.

L2016 = WD, 19,34V, 4 bars, Rust on CL5 bars, mosfet screws missing. T1 = 30 kΩ, T2 = 8 kΩ.
D2020 = WD, 18mV, no bars, T = same as above.
G2021 = 19,98V, 1 blinking bar. All cells 4.0V each

L1850R

All have  TTI 280109 BMS.

M2016 = 11,2V, 4 dead cells, 1 blinking bar. LG He2 cells. T1/t2 = normal.
D2021 = 15V, L1850R Typ2 = Samsung cells?, all cells 3.0V. 1 bar. T1/t2 = normal.
