This is not a test but wrather an opservations. I have 1000s of 22F cells which i recentlly sorted and decided to retest som cells that have been sitting with a full charge for 21 months. Have they lost any voltage or capacity?
First none of them have died or lost an substantial amount of voltage. All of them where about 4.10v to 4.15V. I have now tested 72 cells in total and here is the result:
- 2066mah in nominal capacity compared to 1945mah in nominal capacity.
They lost 121 mah during these 21 months which is 5.76mah each month or 69mah per year. Thats about 3.3% yearly compared to panasonic PF which was about 0,81% (but that was on brand new cells).
